How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving NHL.TV a try!

In relation to your subscription, remember:

● You may cancel at any time
●  No cancellation fees
●  No subscription fees after cancellation
●  No refunds for partial months or unused portions of season subscriptions (except where required by applicable law)
●  Charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. See Refund Policy for more details.

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to http://nhltv.nhl.com/
2. Click the Profile button at the top-right part of the page.
   
3. On the pop-up window, click Unsubscribe to confirm cancellation.

If you choose to cancel during the season, your Season subscription will expire at the end of the season to which you subscribed. You will be notified of the upcoming renewal charge by email prior to the subsequent season. You must affirmatively cancel your subscription by the date specified in the email to avoid the impending charge. A monthly subscription will expire at the end of the month which you canceled.

For in-app purchases, you will need to cancel your subscription through your app store settings. For more details click on the applicable app store link below (Apple/Google-Android). Any potential refund that may be issued will be in accordance with the applicable app store’s terms and conditions.
